Program conditions
In developing this program, Orient-Express has established a number of
criteria that a publisher must meet before they can be accepted into
the program. Thus, please note the following affiliates are not
permitted to join the program:
• Travel agents are not permitted to join.
• Affiliates who use software as a promotional tool are not, at this stage, permitted.
Affiliates are not given consent to bid on any
keywords which are or incorporate any Orient-Express trade marks or
anything confusingly similar to an Orient-Express trade marks
(including misspellings) on any PPC search engine provider. This
includes, but is not limited to, the terms “Orient-Express”,
“Orient-Express Trains”, “Orient-Express Hotels”, “Venice
Simplon-Orient-Express”. Brand bidding is closely monitored and will
not be tolerated.
